Mr Ayman Mohammad began his medical career in Iraq before developing his surgical experience across several countries and leading UK hospitals. He completed his MBChB at Nineveh College of Medicine, University of Mosul, and subsequently developed advanced expertise in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery.
His postgraduate education includes an International Master’s Degree in Reconstructive Microsurgery from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Spain. His career has also included clinical roles at major NHS institutions, where he has gained experience in cosmetic surgery, trauma and orthoplastic surgery, burns and complex reconstruction.
This broad surgical background gives Mr Mohammad an understanding of how different tissues, structures and body proportions interact. He applies this knowledge to aesthetic surgery with an emphasis on careful planning and proportionate results.
For patients considering liposuction, Mr Mohammad assesses the areas of unwanted or localised fat individually and considers the patient’s overall shape and desired outcome before developing a treatment plan.
He also has an academic background in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, with research published in international peer-reviewed journals.
