I rarely write reviews but wanted to share my experience. I Had chin liposuction in the London clinic with Dr Carlo, I was really nervous but the process from start to finish was incredible. Didn’t have to wait long for the procedure at all and found they were brilliant with answering emails. All the staff were so lovely which really calmed my nerves. Had the pre op assessment prior and all the staff explained everything really well. When in the theatre I found it all quite nerve wracking, but there were a lot of staff who were all cracking jokes with me which really helped my nerves and even asked what song I wanted on. The operating room was extremely sterile and I felt really reassured with this. The actual procedure was really quick and the surgeon explained everything as he was doing it. Since the surgery I’ve had minimal bruising and I’m so thrilled with the results already. I received a phone call the day after asking how I was and asked if I had any questions. She also gave me details on the out of hours service provided if any problems came up and booked me in for another appointment in a month. I would 100% recommend it.

The surgeon Dr Sherif was amazing, he sat and discussed with me what I wanted to achieve, he reassured me through the whole procedure, he made my whole experience feel personally tailored just for me, the rest of the team were brilliant too, Elaine held my hand and talked to me, I felt so safe, the clinic is spotless, very professional environment, I would highly recommend and I'm even planning to go back for another procedure, I had liposuction under my jaw, great after care as well. The whole experience has brought a positive change to my life that I didn't expect, I've started to really care about myself again, after years of an abusive marriage I had very low self esteem and self worth and that's completely changed, so it's not just my physical appearance that's changed it's had a profound psychological change as well, it's the best thing I've done for myself, in terms of self esteem and confidence.

What an incredible transformation! Ive felt so self-conscious about my chest all my life. Even at my skinniest I always seemed to have something there. Turns out it wasn't just fat but my milk glands were slightly large. The surgeon did such an amazing job cutting round my nipple. Removing the glands. Liposuction around outside. With a total invisible scar. Amazing job. Amazing service. Would recommend it to anyone!
